About

Build cleanly. Keep it understandable.

We build logistics software for businesses that need their operation to hold together — established operators and startups alike.

Philosophy

Every useful action is an it

An it is a measurable action that creates value. If it does not add value, it does not belong in the platform. Because each it is measurable, it can be included in a package, metered, or charged - transparently.

Complete management, not scattered tools

Logistics operations tend to accumulate systems: one for bookings, another for tracking, a spreadsheet for invoicing, an inbox for everything else. Nexus exists to be the system of record underneath all of it, so the operational picture is one picture.

Documented as we go

Everything created, configured, connected, migrated, deployed, repaired, replaced or abandoned is recorded in our Knowledge Base — including the things that did not work. The system must be capable of being reverse engineered from that record rather than from memory.

Boundaries

Related businesses, kept distinct

Some capabilities belong inside the platform. Some operations are genuinely separate businesses, with their own obligations and pricing. We do not blur the two to make a diagram look tidier.
